Key Account manager (Budapest)

HEINEKEN Hungária Sörgyárak Zrt. is looking for a Key Account Manager , who is responsible for developing layered personal relations with retailers, resolution of their daily problems, management of company products, execution of distribution, merchandising and pricing strategies of the company, accurate administration related to the retailers and management of promotional plan.

Főbb feladatok

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy of the alternative channel
  • Leverage the portfolio of the channel
  • Actively search and acquire new customers with potential according to the channel strategy and portfolio
  • Develop yearly customer plan and execute it (yearly negotiations, trade terms negotiations, promotions, new product launch)
  • Take part in volume and budget planning
  • Management of the approved annual budget
  • Strong collaboration with internal partnering departments (Marketing, TM, Finance)
  • Analysis of volume trends and budget targets
  • Monitor the customers’ performance in comparison to the budget, propose necessary measures
  • Initiation, planning and implementation of corporate activities (setting prices for products, discounts, introduction of new products, etc.)

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei

  • 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management
  • Working experience at multinational organization in FMCG
  • BA or MA degree in Commerce/Economics
  • Fluent English
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Sociable, extrovert, energetic personality
  • Ability to independent work and to take initiative
  • Team-player attitude
  • Drives and leads changes
  • Driving license
