National Key Account Manager

HEINEKEN Hungária Sörgyárak Zrt. is looking for a National Key Account Manager, who is responsible for leading the Key Account team, developing layered personal relations with retailers, resolution of their daily problems, management of company products, execution of distribution, merchandising and pricing strategies of the company.

Főbb feladatok

  • Yearly account contracts concluded with domestic and international chains.
  • Prepares long term and annual plans, and assigns contractual concepts concluded with customers to targets defined therein.
  • Issues directives to the team required for negotiations, heads contractual negotiations with key partners and bargains mutually advantageous conditions, demonstrating an example to the KA manager acting as an assistant to him/her.
  • Partners with improving operations; relations, implemented promotional activity and activities result in increased turnover, market share and financial results.
  • Concluding annual contracts, implementation of adequately prepared and sustained concepts allowing under the contractual terms the maximum number of specific opportunities possible within the network
  • Monthly evaluation of customer results, proposals for adjusting possible discrepancies.
  • Continuous cooperation with controlling department for supporting up-to-date measurement of budget and profitability.
  • Challenges the KAM’s to prepare accurate weekly sales forecasts 12 weeks in advance for ensuring continuous supply of goods.
  • Ensures duly payment of invoices (premiums, withdrawal of discounts, basic condition for cooperation).
  • People management: Motivated staff, carrying out responsibilities, implementing targets.
  • Monitoring of the performance of the team, coaching, developing their capabilities.
  • Managing career- and succession planning.

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei

  • BA or MA degree in Commerce/Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management
  • Working experience at multinational organization in FMCG
  • Fluent English
  • Driving license
