RtR Specialist (Budapest)

Purpose of the job: Perform Record to Report processes for HEINEKEN Hungary in accordance with HEINEKEN process standards, policies and objectives in order to achieve the agreed performance objectives and service levels.

Főbb feladatok

  • Preparation of activation documentation for Fixed assets
  • Managing disposal and scrapping flow
  • Preparation reports for taxation, audit and reporting purposes
  • RtR activities:
  • Performing month end closures activities
  • Initiating, checking journals for ad hoc/special transactions
  • Working together with the Shared Service Center in case of inquires
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Supporting the internal and external audit & reporting
  • Contributing to continuous process improvements

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Certified accountant or relevant accounting education
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Hungarian
  • Good understanding of Hungarian accounting principles
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Accuracy
  • Good understanding of ERP Accounting Systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
