Senior Brand manager Low and Non Alcoholic Category (Budapest)


Főbb feladatok

  • Responsible for the strategy development of the flavored low and non alcoholic portfolio with maximizing HEINEKEN Hungary's position.
  • Develop a new category and define the different brand roles as alternatives for adult soft drinks.
  • Translate the category priorities to brand activity plans which needs to be executed with the goal to maximize the brands' position in terms of value, market share and financial contribution.
  • Low and Non Alcoholic (LNA) Category development (LNA strategy development, LNA portfolio guidelines, Alternative channel portfolio strategy, Internal education and engagement, Participation in Global LNA team meetings)
  • New product development (New product concept development and research, New product development (liquid, packaging, co-packing), New product business model development, New product communication support plan)
  • Natur Zitrone brand management (Natur Zitrone brand strategy and development (persona, brand identity, etc.), Natur Zitrone communication and media strategy development, Budget planning and management, Social media management, Digital communication development, TV communication development, BTL activation planning, BTL activation execution & evaluation, Alternative channel support, Innovation development)

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei

  • Bachelor/University degree in Marketing
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG marketing and brand management in soft drink, energy drink or juice category
  • fluent English and Hungarian (both written and oral)
  • Project management, Budget management
  • Media planning experience
  • Strategic thinking and creativity
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Nielsen database on user level
  • Experience in Excel usage
