Talent Sourcer

This is a newly created position, offered initially on a temporary basis (till end of 2019), to provide proactive talent sourcing to a cluster of operating companies located in Central and Eastern Europe. This is a role that requires a high level of autonomy and self-motivation to establish the working practices and demonstrate the value of high quality talent sourcing. The Talent Sourcer defines and executes the sourcing strategy for current and future talent needs within a cluster of countries in Central & Eastern Europe, identifying and engaging with high quality talent, building talent pipelines and talent pools in order to ultimately hire the best talent for our operating companies in the location.

Főbb feladatok

  • Create the sourcing strategy for each current or future need, aligning approach with the relevant Recruiter/HRBPs within the company.
  • Utilise various sourcing tools and direct sourcing methodologies to identify passive talent for defined functions.
  • Engage with talent through quality direct communication to encourage discussion. Conduct initial pre-screening conversations to assess quality and fit
  • Create external talent pipelines for defined key positions within a company function. Pipelines require multiple 'ready now' talents. Keep pipelines warm, develop relationships and engagement.
  • Establish working relationships with company Recruiters/HRBPs to determine needs, introduce talent pipelines and understand hiring manager feedback
  • Provide talent market insight to Recruiters and hiring managers (e.g. competitor hiring activity, market 'actual' remuneration, talent availability)
  • Communicate with previous applicants that may be relevant to new or future vacancies
  • Keep informed of new talent sourcing technologies and tools, critically analysing quality and relevance, highlighting for discussion
  • Map 'high value target' competitor organisations to determine organisational structure, seniority levels, talent and employee sentiment/engagement levels for business insight and future hiring prospects

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei

  • To succeed in this role you need to be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of talent sourcing, previously applied within a large multinational organization, preferably within the consumer goods industry. Additionally, you will need:
  • A good understanding of the talent market, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest online sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search methodology, Google search strings, talent communities and channels
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Ideally sourcing experience within the Consumer Goods industry, having a good knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or IT/Business Solutions functions
  • Experience of using CRM technologies
  • Familiarity of market mapping and talent research to obtain data and insights of talent competitors in the region
  • Experience of data-mining tools and technologies
  • Ability to work remotely yet closely with the relevant colleagues in the operating companies
  • A highly developed consultancy mindset, understanding hiring needs within the business, easily able to grasp quickly the key requirements
  • The ability to work confidentially, establishing trust and respect from both candidates and hiring managers
  • Business-fluent English and Hungarian language is a must-have, German is an advantage
